Terms of Service

1. Studio Reservation & Booking

Bookings are scheduled on a first-confirmed basis. A standard recording block is 2 hours at the baseline rate of 190 EUR (or equivalent agreed CAD amount). Studio time begins at the scheduled reservation hour; please arrive 10 minutes early for sound checks.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We recognize that guest schedules can shift unexpectedly. The following policies govern booking modifications:

• More than 48 hours notice: Sessions may be rescheduled to another available date without fee.
• Within 48 hours of session start: Rescheduling or cancellation incurs a 50% studio reservation charge to cover engineer hold time.
• No-shows: Sessions abandoned without notice are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property & Stem Ownership

The client retains 100% full intellectual property rights, copyright, and distribution control over all raw audio stems, edited tracks, and video recordings created during their studio block. mymstun studio acts strictly as an audio facility and technical recording provider.

4. Equipment Care & Studio Conduct

All studio hardware—including Shure SM7B dynamic microphones, boom arms, monitoring headphones, and camera bodies—is calibrated for precision. Clients are expected to exercise normal professional care. Food and open beverages are strictly prohibited inside the vocal booth.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our facility utilizes redundant audio storage and line conditioning, mymstun studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from third-party distribution delays, host speech content, or external platform takedowns.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and any associated booking confirmations are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
